Shipping & Returns
We ship orders from two warehouses in Alberta or BC. On occasion we may ship directly from our suppliers.
Shipping for tea sent to Canada is included in the price. A small shipping fee is added for tea shipped to the United States.
Unfortunately we do not accept returns of tea because we cannot ensure it is factory sealed.
If, however, you are not satisfied with the tea accessories and tea pots we have sold to you, please return it within 30 days by performing the following steps:
- Fill out the online returns form found here https://www.schwarztea.com/index.php?route=account/return/add. This will help automate the return process.
- You will receive an email with a return ID. Make note of the return ID and include this number in packaged returned item. No orders will be returned without a return ID. If you do not receive a return ID within 24 hours, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
- Send the item with the return ID to the address below using a carrier that has a tracking number and insurance. We cannot be responsible for damage to the product during transit. We will be happy to return the item if there is no damage.
- Any shipping charges are not refundable.
- No orders will be returned without a return ID.
- All returned items must be in the original state with no damage.
